Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Log in to your Exables account and access the “Order History” section. Select the relevant order containing the items you wish to return and follow the provided instructions. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive guidance on how to ship the items back to us.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned items. The original payment method used for the purchase will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.
Returns may not be accepted for bespoke or personalized items. Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within seven days of receipt. Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or faulty goods. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
